Q: What types of courses are available?
CPR/AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Child and Infant CPR, Basic and Advanced First Aid, Emergency Oxygen Administration, and Child and Babysitting Safety.
Q: Are all of your instructors Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics, or experienced health care providers?
We believe it is hard to teach someone about first aid or CPR when you have very little or no experience performing the skills. Classes are always lead by a Firefighter, Paramedic, or experienced emergency health care provider.
Q: What is the difference between AHA and ASHI?
American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) and American Heart Association (AHA) curriculums are identical. AHA requires the use of videos for a majority of the class with very little time given for practical. ASHI is a much more hands-on curriculum with some video and power point portions.
Q: Do you offer on-site training?
We conduct most of our training at a location provided by our clients, however, CPR and First Aid NOW is able to secure a location for your class.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and cash. We are unable to process personal checks.
